Chelsea McGowan

Chelsea McGowan (she/her), MCP, RCC is a level II AEDP therapist working in private practice in Vancouver.

Chelsea completed her Essential Skills 1 at the beginning of the pandemic and eagerly continued on in her advanced skills training. AEDP forever changed the way she relationally works with clients in a way that inspired her to dive deeper into the model and its potential.

Chelsea is also a trained dancer and is pursuing ongoing training in Dance Movement Therapy. She continues to find joy and community in both the psychotherapy and arts worlds and looks forward to connecting more to the local AEDP community.

Laura Montgomery

Laura Montgomery, MSW, RSW, is a Certified AEDP Therapist based in North Vancouver, BC, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. She specializes in working with adolescents and parents who are navigating the complexities of healing from adverse childhood experiences. Common issues in her practice include self-esteem, perfectionism, and anxiety. Laura is profoundly thankful for AEDP, which has become her therapeutic foundation, providing a solid base for both her professional practice and personal life.

Her involvement with the AEDP Cascadia Steering Committee is deeply influenced by her positive experiences within the AEDP community, which has been a supportive environment encouraging her personal and professional growth. Outside of her therapy practice, Laura is passionate about martial arts, enjoys nature and animals, and cherishes time spent with her family.

Tracey Dahl

Tracey Dahl, (she/her) MACP, RCC, is a Level 3 AEDP Therapist working in private practice in Langley. Tracey’s introduction to AEDP began as a client as she navigated postpartum depression and anxiety. Through her own transformative experiences and healing, Tracey found her clinical home in AEDP. 

Throughout the certification training track of Immersion, ES1/ES2, Advanced skills and ongoing supervision, AEDP has profoundly shaped the way she connect relationally with her clients. Tracey appreciates the opportunity serving on the AEDP Steering Committee to undo our aloneness as therapists and deepen our skills with rich learning opportunities. 

Tracey and her husband have four adult children and three grandchildren.
