We are excited to welcome AEDP senior faculty Jerry Lamagna to our first AEDP Vancouver Salon for 2026!

Jerry’s presentation will focus on healing from the get go:

• using a first session to explore transformance detection

• the phenomenology associated with transformance and resistance

• use of the therapist self

• moment to moment tracking of embodied experience

• direct work with defenses in a first session.

Following Jerry’s talk, there will be time set aside for discussion/Q&A with Jerry regarding the concepts discussed and the process shown in the videotape.  

Please note that we will gather in person as we usually do for our salons and that Jerry will be joining us virtually.
