With the unfolding of the so-called “psychedelic renaissance,” the psychedelic innovations potentially available to our clients are expanding rapidly. The AEDP Institute has stated an initiative intended to “nurture an extension of AEDP where interested and trained clinicians can unleash the potential of psychedelics to contribute to longstanding AEDP therapeutic aims including: bypassing defences, facilitating trauma processing, and deepening transformational potential​.”​

In this Salon, we will provide a broad overview of psychedelic medicines and the latest information regarding how AEDP fits into this picture.
