<image:caption>Chelsea McGowan Chelsea McGowan (she/her), MCP, RCC is a level II AEDP therapist working in private practice in Vancouver. Chelsea completed her Essential Skills 1 at the beginning of the pandemic and eagerly continued on in her advanced skills training. AEDP forever changed the way she relationally works with clients in a way that inspired her to dive deeper into the model and its potential. Chelsea is also a trained dancer and is pursuing ongoing training in Dance Movement Therapy. She continues to find joy and community in both the psychotherapy and arts worlds and looks forward to connecting more to the local AEDP community.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Laura Montgomery Laura Montgomery, MSW, RSW, is a Certified AEDP Therapist based in North Vancouver, BC, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. She specializes in working with adolescents and parents who are navigating the complexities of healing from adverse childhood experiences. Common issues in her practice include self-esteem, perfectionism, and anxiety. Laura is profoundly thankful for AEDP, which has become her therapeutic foundation, providing a solid base for both her professional practice and personal life. Her involvement with the AEDP Cascadia Steering Committee is deeply influenced by her positive experiences within the AEDP community, which has been a supportive environment encouraging her personal and professional growth. Outside of her therapy practice, Laura is passionate about martial arts, enjoys nature and animals, and cherishes time spent with her family.</image:caption>

<image:title>SALONS - Dr. Maria Angelina</image:title>
<image:caption>Dr. Maria Angelina is a certified AEDP Therapist and AEDP Supervisor with over 15 years clinical counselling experience. She works both in post-secondary and in private practice in Vancouver, B.C. Her foray into the AEDP world started with her doctoral research which aimed to better understand the attachment processes within psychotherapy. Like many, she immediately found and continues to ‘find home’ in AEDP as her therapeutic orientation. In her words, “Within this modality, I have felt a deepening, a grounding into self and other, a releasing into process and into relationships, a synchrony, all of which continue to feel infinitely meaningful and creative. I can say with certainty and with gratitude, I am in every way a better person, partner, parent, and psychotherapist because of AEDP.” She has assisted at multiple AEDP courses and trainings and facilitated local workshops on various aspects of AEDP. Additionally, she has presented her AEDP clinical work and research at several psychotherapy conferences. She looks forward to connecting with participants in our growing & thriving Vancouver community</image:caption>

<image:caption>I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor. I’ve been in practice for over 45 years. When I found AEDP in 2004, it became my therapeutic home and the foundation for doing deeper trauma work with the clients I work for. I served on the AEDP executive and became a senior faculty, now retired as faculty emeritus. Over the last 5 years, I have trained with several psychedelic therapy models, including MAPS, Fluence and Therapsil. I’m excited to integrate the depth and effectiveness of AEDP with psychedelic medicines.</image:caption>
